Víctor Zapata Alfaro, associate founder of the company Navarcable, dedicated to the design and manufacturing of electrical wiring for a wide range of applications, was awarded the Young Businessman 2010 by the AJE (Association of Young Businessmen of Navarre). This award recognizes the role of the businessman as the driving force of the society.

The consolidation prize for the Best Business Initiative went to Julián Gayarre Izaguirre (Isaba, born September 21st, 1973), developer of Metsola, an apartment complex located in the heart of Pyrenees in Navarre. The award Generation Changeover, honoring a young businessman managing a successful family business, was given to Fernando Pérez of Ciriza Reclusa (Pamplona, born July 28th, 1975), manager of Artajona-Aguas Wine Cellars in Belascoáin.

During the celebration of the tenth anniversary of AJE, which was attended by an audience of politicians and businessmen including Miguel Sanz, Yolanda Barcina, the counsellors José María Roig, Álvaro Miranda, as well as the regionalist Carlos Garcia-Adanero, Kilian Muro, president of AJE, announced that after the next elections held by the association with its nearly 260 associates, he will "possibly not continue being president". In his speech he analyzed the current economic situation, highlighting the role of businessmen as creators of employment and he proposed the inclusion of a general directive as part of the Moderna Plan for the creation of businesses. "Only when working together we will overcome the crisis".
